HOHO, THIS WAS CANDID BUT I SWEAR

I FELT THIS WAY WHEN I WAS AT MARINA BARRAGE!! 

Greeted by the floral's fragrance, I was sure Marina Barrage was a good choice for reunion. The facade of the picturesque and quaint landscape that made me feel that I'm transferred to a peaceful and tranquil world where no amount of disturbance will interfere me. As I lift my head, copious of kites were flying around like there's no end despite the slow breeze or change in wind patterns...it's as if I'm looking through the kaleidoscope. Eating al fresco has always been what I'm fond of and yay, we did it today!! The food was appetizing!! :D My description's just vague...I won't fail to revisit the barrage again and experience it at a different level where by I'll be further impressed by everything there again!! 

Once again, you make my heart go woosh.

1 MINUTE BEFORE MY ALARM SOUNDED, I WOKE UP!! KEWL RIGHT!! Anyway, of course I'll wake up, my ex-neighbour came over!! Awww...she's so cute and sweet (: We're bound to meet up with AWKWARD SILENCES!! Well, it takes time to overcome them...besides, we haven't met for a long time and considering we can talk, it's considered GOOD, GOOD OK!! Then we tried the old-fashioned method by relishing memories. My ex-neighbour took out our old pictures!! Haha, she used to come over to my unit and in that picture, she stood outside of the door grills while my sister and I inside the house!! :D CUTENESS OVERLOAD IN THAT PICTURE I SWEAR!! I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING AT MYSELF COS I LOOK SO DIFFERENT!! AND I LIKE TO LOOK AT OLD PICTURES COS IT SHOWS THAT I'VE GROWN!! AND PICTURES OF THE PAST ARE WHEN I'M SHORTER AND NOW I'M STILL SHORT BUT BETTER THAN SHORTER!! HAHAHA, GOSH FAILED ATTEMPT TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL ANY BETTER >.< I tried...): 


Then after that, we got bored of crapping and watching higa videos so we went to play monopoly!! HEHE, WE USED TO MODIFY THE RULES AND PLAY!! HAHA, MEMORIES RECOLLECTED AGAIN!! Then we bitch about bitches in our sch >.< HOHO, THIS TIME BITCHES CAN'T GET BACK TO ME COS YOU WON'T KNOW WHO I TALKED BOUT!!! MUAHAHAHAHHA!! 


Food digested, getting bored of what we're doing so time to swim!! :D HOHOHO, MY EX-NEIGHBOUR COMMENTED THAT MY SIS LOOKS LIKE MINZY FROM 2NE1 AND WE CRAPPED SOME MORE AND THERE WAS A BEE BUZZING AROUND EWWWWW!! HAHA, XIAO BAI LIAN WAS FUNNEH!! 


BLAH BLAH BLAH...time goes by...then she had to leave >.< awwww...my cute grandma sent her home and the end for today....BUT TOMORROW, A BUNCH OF HAPPY THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN!! WE'RE GOING OUT AGAIN!! HOHOHO, UPDATE TMR!! :D

So far, life's been like that for today. Hmmm...maybe I'll re-read my history and lit in preparation for next year's test? WHAT THE DUCK RIGHT! THERE'S LIKE TEST ON THE 2ND WEEK OF SCH!! >.< Boohoo, sis's going for tuition later and relinquish me ): She promised to come home with lays for me!! YAY!! Overdose of Texas Chicken's biscuit >.<

Salons aren't all that sometimes...

The thing bout hairstylists/hairdressers is that they just try too much TO SOCIALISE!! Yea, sure you can fraternise with customers but like seriously at times it's invading into my personal space!! I've my privacy and must I reveal everything to you?! Here comes the nettlesome part, I'M COMPLETELY CLUELESS ON HOW TO NOT ANSWER THEM!! UGH >.< CERTAIN GUY HAIRDRESSERS ARE LIKE WHAT....FLIRTS!! GET A LIFE!! YOUR FALSIFIED SWEET TALKS ARE LIKE A WASTE OF YOUR SALIVA, IT WON'T EARN ANYONE TO PATRONIZE THE SALON AGAIN!! O.O Ok, so I've kinda vented my anger...SO NOT WORTH!! AND TO ADD ON, THEY GIVE ME THE CREEPS!! 

Anyway, had lunch at tcc (: I gave a thumbs up of my own free will!! (Y)

Mommy was not feeling that well...she felt "compressed" at ion cos it was too crowded >.< hmmm...from looking at watches to ALMOST finding a place to have dinner and finally, I CAN'T BELIEVE WE had to da bao from Newton Circus...): Hokkien Mee, chicken wings, fish soup and black carrot cake :D Typical Singapore delicacies...teehee, haven't had them for quite some time so this time, NO COMPLAINS!! (Y) 

Waiting like there's no tomorrow...

I haven't been blogging since like forever!!! Ok so I'm grasping time on with both my hands to blog!! YAY ME!! Hoho, actually I'm waiting for my beloved ex-neighbours to pick us up from home and we're going on a sweet date at orchard central - sakae sushi!! My love for them is like beyond measure!! Basically, most of my childhood memories are about them and from time to time, I'll reminisce about them...^^ 


Anyway, life's been rather decent...but I was kinda gloomy to be honest...hmmm..I shouldn't be desolate cos of something that has already happened!! Hehe, I should look forward and continue with life, I'm willing to live for the special ones around me~~ 


Out of sheer boredom, I've decided to selca with my dearest sis!!

(Y) But sad thing is...their standard dropped...dim sum weren't as nice...service went downhill...): Could be cos their manager left but he opened another restaurant (Victoria Peak) ! We're still regulars for both restaurants.  Dim sum at East Ocean seems better to me!! Hohoho, shouldn't bash them lah... ^.~

HUR HUR!! From the title you'll probably guessed that I'm outraged and BINGO!! SERIOUSLY, COPYCATS DON'T POSSESS THEIR ORIGINALITIES. COMPARE PEOPLE IN TODAY AND LAST TIME (LIKE LONG LONG AGO), WHO HAS MORE CREATIVITY?! The thing that aggravates me the most is sogurt. Sardonic eh? But seriously, SOGURT DATE is my tagline!! It all gave rise with my sister. She introduced me to Sogurt (back then there was only one outlet at Bukit Timah) and I fell desperately in love with it after my first scoop <3 And from that day, I've always went out with my sis to Sogurt and sometimes with my dearest parents (hehe, my father likes the peanut butter flavour^^) In other words, the tagline "established". 


Right now it doesn't really sound much of a nuisance to me YET. Then I brought Vess to attention bout Sogurt cos my sis couldn't go out with me before Korean Lesson on a placid Sunday. Haha, I successfully satisfied Vess!! (Y) THUMBS UP FOR MOI!! I updated Vess' facebook status that I brought the SOGURT DATE to fruition. FROM THAT VERY MOMENT, I BET TONS OF PEOPLE SAW VESS' STATUS BECAUSE VESS HAS MANY FRIENDS (HAHA, VESS, I'M COMPLIMENTING YOU!!) SO WHEN THEY SAW IT THEY START COPYING MY TAGLINE!! THEN MOST OF THEM SERIOUSLY WENT TO SOGURT!! LIKE, WHAT THE DUCK! 


Not that I'm trying to impose sanctions or punitive measures once you step into any Sogurt outlet, it's just that there'll be some sort of indignation infused within me (especially when I see my tagline in use) What I feel is that we should all still advocate individualism at times. No one likes it when they see their works or ideas duplicated. I'm not the only one who takes this stance anyway. 


Ugh, this post really exasperates me. Hooo...please still patronize Sogurt and let their business flourish and thrive!! :D

I just came across this note on facebook. A poignant feeling aroused within me and it sent a mixture of sympathy, appreciation and gratitude towards my father. That note mentioned about the way you treat your father. This is my "edition" of it. 


When I was brought to this world, not even 1, you heard my first cry and gave me the most wonderful name ever. When I took my first step, independently, your smile widened as if you've finished your first business deal. When I was 3, you begged my teacher just to allow that 5 min to accompany me at the playground during my birthday. My birthday cake cost you a bomb and you weren't earning as much as compared to now. Your reprimands, aggravation or even nagging at me when I turned 11, all I knew is to harp on about how you made my life so grueling thinking that you'll being oblivious to and simultaneously trying to keep a strong front and if my tear were to be on the verge to penetrate through my eyes, I just can't stop it. Every tear that escapes out of my eye, turning from hot to cold, rolling down and dripping on my clothes, hurting me, I know in your heart it hurts much much more as if you've been incapacitated for a long time. When I caviled at how much I detest going to hawker centres and food court, without a moment's delay, you never fail to not crack your brain and think of somewhere else of a better standard just for me. When I don't see anyone sleeping beside my mom even late as late as 5am, I'm aware it's for me. You'll stay till all hours working that left you prostrate and worn to a frazzle. 


And all your doings are for me. Time has elapsed and it never hit my head or heart that you're so good to me and yet I take that all for granted and grouse and expect you to be on par with others. I can't do without you. I know that you're really exhausted from all the working and what's more you're not in town. From now on I'll be an affectionate daughter to you, albeit all your unrelenting nags.

TRAUMA!! O.O

Had debate training today and it was the most horrendous morning ever!! First it started with me snoozing the alarm thrice and so it jolted me out of the bed when I realised it was already 9!! TRAINING STARTS AT LIKE 9.30!! >.< Washed up within 5 min...GREAT IMPROVEMENT OK!! I only had time for half a portion of my chee cheong fun...): I USUALLY HAVE HEAVY BREAKFAST!! Then I went to change..opened my closet and it rendered me to say DUCK!! THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE UNIFORM!! I SWEAR I WAS FILLED WITH TREPIDATION!! I left no stone unturned and thankfully it was found. The uniform was hung in the storeroom..I MEAN LIKE WHY OF ALL PLACES THERE?! I'm still muling over the reason. Gave my cute grandma a call to tell her I'm ducking late for training and she said she was at physiotherapy!! Instances like that definitely gave me the jitters!! LIKE THIS IS THE HOW MANYth TIME I'VE BEEN AT A STATE OF SHOCK!! O.O So I had to take a cab to school..what a "yay-ing" occasion..mercifully, I reached school just on time (hehe, actually I was 4 min early >.<) THEN ALL THESE DUCKING MOMENTS STOPPED MY HEARTBEAT FOR NO APPARENT REASON!! 

Training was ok...don't wanna post anything bout it here (lest someone finds out >.< hohoho) OHHHH!! THE CHICKEN WRAP AT THE BREAD STALL CHANGED THE INGREDIENTS!! NOW IT'S SAUSAGE, HALF AN EGG AND CHEESE!! (Y) I'M SO GONNA HAVE IT AGAIN ON THURS!! 

After training I took the tube to Novena and walked through the underpass to United Square for lunch. The sight of my cute family (my great grandma, grand aunt, grandma, grand uncle and my aunt) compensated my morning^^ Chicken wrap made me full so I just ordered teh si. 

Went home and read seventeen!! :D SO MY SIS AND I ARE GOING ON A DATE AT WISMA AND RAFFLES CITY!! HOHOHOHO, SHOPPING FOR THE SEC 4 FAREWELL!! The theme is candyland, inspired by Katy Perry (hehe, that idea struck my Sec 3 senior) Which means the dresscode is bright pastel colours...although most of my clothes are of those colours but what a great excuse for shopping, isn't it? HOHOHOHOHO!! 

I can't help it that I'm always craving for food even after dinner! So I hunted for food and it perked me up to see japanese yogurt!! This tiny had the potential to let me bid goodbye to my $60 >.< (I bought 3 tubs...you can't resist when it comes to japanese deserts right? >.< )

Anyway, we made tomato soup and spaghetti~~^^ Food was scrumptious (Y) Haha, must be the food that made me feel much better...not so much coughing and mucus >.< I'm finishing my anti-biotics!! 


Well, nothing really ensued after lunch...I've been a really compliant girl today!! I finished my Maths homework!! YAY!! BUT THERE'S STILL REVISION FOR HISTORY AND LITERATURE!! I should really start on Lit cos I LOVE THE PEARL!! THAT STORY IS IMPOSING!! 


Ok, so I'm gonna skip the period before and after dinner. HAHA SUPPER!! IT WAS LIP-SMACKING!! I LOVE TEXAS CHICKEN BISCUIT!! How ironic right? We're suppose to be devouring the chicken >.<

T.T Debate training tmr and on Thursday...SLEEP TIGHT ALL ^^ 

M PHOSIS!!

I HATE MY SLUMBER LAST NIGHT!! IF I WERE TO SUM IT UP WITH ONE WORD IT'LL BE UNBEARABLE!! Ok, so I tucked in at about 2+ and I thought that since I've stayed up so late just to play car-racing with my father (I ACCOMPANIED HIM EH!! WHAT A DUTIFUL DAUGHTER RIGHT!! HAHAHA), I shall reward myself by having a good night rest. It took me like 15 min or so to doze off but from that time till 5+ I was pouring with sweat!! EWWWW.. THIS CLEARLY PROVES THAT GIVEN THE CURRENT WEATHER IN SINGAPORE, THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT THE WONDERFUL INVENTION - AIR CON!! So I had to get up and press the faded orange colour button on my remote control and cool air touched my face gently and exultation filled me up to the brim!! How exaggerating you might think but it's really true!! 


Anyway, I had peanut pancake for breakfast (IT'S SO NICEEEE!! OTHER THAN MY OBSESSIONS, SWEET THINGS LIFTS MY SPIRITS!!) Went to Isetan for lunch at TCC (I had chicken thigh...they never fail to serve me with palatable food or rather delicacies...(: proceeded with shopping!! YAY!! Once again, forbidding me to stop my beaming smile...I BOUGHT M PHOSIS BUBBLE SKIRT!! HAHAHAHA, FROM THAT MOMENT, I FINALLY OWN A BLACK SKIRT!! HAHA, BLACK!! CONSIDERING I ONLY POSSESS ONE BLACK CLOTHES AND THAT'S A T-SHIRT IN MY CLOSET!


Did some grocery shopping and I fell in love with honey yoghurt!! JAPANESE PRODUCTS SELDOM DISPLEASE ME!! :D

I LOVE RAPUNZEL'S HAIR!! <3

After the movie, Rapunzel, I'm truly convinced that I STILL LOVE FAIRYTALES AND HAPPY ENDINGS!! :D Although they may have a mundane, monotonous or maybe expected endings, I never fail to masquerade myself as a 4 year old kid. My once child-like innocence, before I came to realisation that fairytales have standard endings. HAHA, A DROP OR MAYBE 2 PENETRATED OUT OF MY EYES (THE MINIMIZED VERSION OF RAPUNZEL'S EYES) WHEN EUGENE (the guy who fell in love with Rapunzel) ALMOST DIED (hehe, I shall not divulge the reason to this cos you should go watch the movie!! It's really really really nice!! (Y) 

I left the cinema lightheartedly with a scintilla of hope that one day I would have a chance to be a princess and meet my prince charming...~~^^ I know you may feel that I'm living in my reverie and I should break out of it but I just slipped into it!! Believing is the first step to make your dreams come true. Well, I've just gain accessed to my dream. Fantasizing is the second step, whereby you think of the many likelihood which might take place or even lead to your third step!! HOHOHOHO!! YOU SHALL FATHOM THE THIRD STEP BECAUSE IT'S YOUR DREAM!! NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO CONTROL IT!!

GOOOOOOOOOOD EVENING TO ALL!! :DDDD I'M RECOVERING FROM MY COUGH AND FLU!! This week is tormenting for a feeble person like me. Seriously, I'm really weak...I need to use both hands just to hoist that pathetic metal flask >.< And, I hate it when I have a combination of cough and flu because of the very fact that my voice would be husky and low )): I'LL SOUND SO MANLY!! NOT NICE AT ALL!! AND MY EARS ARE BLOCKED, I AM PROVISIONALLY MY GREAT GRANDMA!! 

On a happy note, I had tuna bread for supper (: I stared at one of the 2 tuna cans in incredulity. IT EXPIRES IN 2008!! Anyway, as luck would have it, the other can saved me!! I had delectable tuna bread (: At this rate, in no time I'll regain my strength and be hyper again!! Yay!! I'm so optimistic today.

Out of sheer boredness, my grandma took my hairband without my consent. Her endearing face caused me to be at a state of astonishment. Who wouldn't be mad to find their possession on someone else? BUT IT'S MY GRANDMA!! SHE LOOKED SO ADORABLE WITH MY HAIRBAND!! I WAS LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY AND INSISTED ON TAKING NUMEROUS PICS OF HER!! 

 Despite my yet-to-be-improved photographic skills, I managed to make my grandma look so cute >.<

I feel so blessed with such a wonderful grandmother. Putting her nagging and rebuke aside, she'll take care of me when I'm unwell. She'll share her joy with me whenever she's euphoric. With her around, I need not feel distraught. My grandma is better than yours!! teehee!! Thank you popo and I LOVE YOU!! <3

After getting informed about my misery yesterday (NO SOGURT!! >.<), my thoughtful and caring aunt, bought me sogurt!! YAY!! SOGURT!! I don't know how to live without sogurt!! Sogurt really made me really unperturbed. Sogurt clears my thoughts and lets me enjoy it as if I was transported to my make-believe fairytale land!! It sounds stupid and childish but I always have this fanciful notion that I have friends and family who are like knights to protect me everywhere I go! 

Also, I'm under the weather today )): Boohoo, I have cough and my throat's really itchy and I have this urge to deposit my hand in my throat and just scratch it profusely!! Each cough causes my throat to endure excruciating pain (haha, I'm just exaggerating, BUT IT'S PAIN!!) and when I start opening my mouth and talk, I'll cough...Life's miserable when you're sick... )): 

Anyway, off to take my medication!! I'M ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY AND IN NO TIME, I'LL GRATIFY MY SOGURT DESIRES!! MUAHAHAHHAHA :DDD
